FAQS – LAGOM Watches




All LAGOM Watches are covered by a two-year worldwide warranty, from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty.

The warranty excludes straps,batteries and excessive wear or damages to the case, crystal or strap of a watch.

All watches go through 100% quality check before dispatch. In most of the cases, the issue may due to the battery defects. So always check your watches at your local watch shop before return.

Your watch is rated as 5ATM

The ISO testing procedures are rigorous, but it doesn't involve someone diving 50 meters below the surface and then checking the time. Wearing the watch whilst showering, swimming, snorkeling or rain/ snow. But please avoid using it in scuba diving or any high-speed watersports.

We try our best to process each order as quickly as possible. Your order will be sent out within 2 working days after receiving payment, you will receive a confirmation email accordingly. However, delays might occur during a festive period.

Your order will be shipped with either Hong Kong Post or Fedex Priority option and we cover any VAT, import duties and/or taxes for all order to USA, Canada, EU, UK & Asian Countries.

The claimed delivery time of Fedex Priority option is 1-3 working days (depending on the countries) but can vary slightly depending on your countries customs regulations and efficiency.

We want all our customers to be happy with their watches! If our products do not meet your expectations and you would like exchange or return your purchase, please contact us on info@lagomwatches.com within 14 working days from receiving the goods. 

Items returned must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the original packaging and any protective coverings and product information.

You would have to cover shipping costs to us and we recommend registered mail for tracking purposes.
